Lee McIntyre-Hamilton

Lee is a tax partner (non-lawyer) at Keystone Law. Lee has advised on global mobility and employment tax matters for more than 25 years. He provides employment tax support to employers in respect of their globally mobile employees and their UK-based employees. He also provides personal tax advice and compliance services to globally mobile employees and directors.

Lee’s expertise covers the employer and employee tax, social security and payroll implications of cross-border moves and of globally remote workers. This includes employer and employee tax, PAYE, and NIC compliance, PAYE on international share schemes, tax on pensions for mobile employees, tax on termination payments, IR35 and employment status for tax and other complex employment tax matters.

Outside of his day to day advisory practice, Lee has acted as an expert witness on global mobility matters, has written in key UK tax publications on NIC and international social security, is an house trainer on global mobility tax matters with the Global Payroll Alliance and has written on-line technical guidance on global mobility tax matters for Lexis Nexis.
