Please note, from 1st January 2020 SESCA Enterprises Ltd will no longer be providing CPD courses for ICAEW Croydon. Consequently, from 1st January 2020 Flexitickets cannot be used on courses at the Croydon Aerodrome or Croydon Park Hotels. For more information please click here. Q What will it cost? 
A £740+VAT for 12 places or £320+VAT for 4 places i.e. as little as £61.67+VAT per place.  A 25 place Maxiticket is also available to high volume users for £1470+VAT. Tickets purchased and paid for before 1 February 2020 are available at 2019 prices (see booking form). They are only valid until 31 December 2020.

Q   How long is my Flexiticket valid for?
A    12 months from the last day of the calendar month in which the ticket is paid for eg. pay for your ticket on 1st March 2020 and it will expire on 31st March 2021. Places must be used on courses which take place within the validity period of the ticket.
Q   Where are the courses held?
A    Crawley, Gatwick, Dorking, Maidstone, Basingstoke, Bournemouth, Botley, Fareham, Bracknell and Wokingham. For further information on venues click here
Q   Which courses is the ticket valid on?
A    All half day courses in the South East Flexiticket programme.  It can also be used on: 

           any Southern or Thames Valley Flexiticket courses subject to availability

  • certain whole day courses (refer to relevant pages) using 2 places
It is not valid on the one day updates at Goodwood House or any of the residential conferences.

Q   When should I buy my ticket?
A    You can book your ticket and reserve places at any time.  We will not invoice you until the 1st of the month in which the first course you wish to attend takes place.  Thus you can ensure your places on popular courses well in advance.
Q   Do I have to use the Flexiticket on 4, 12 or 25 different courses?
A    No.  The ticket can be used by any number of individuals on any number of courses totalling either 4,12 or 25 
Q   Do I have to be an ICAEW member to be eligible for the scheme?
A    No.  All courses are designed to be of interest to other professionals and members of the wider business community as well as Chartered Accountants.  Members may find some topics of interest to clients. 
Q   Do I have to book specific courses when I apply for a Flexiticket?
A    No.  Just let us know 6 days before the course you wish to attend that you will be coming, by sending or faxing back the bookings schedule in your Flexipack.  However, early booking on certain courses including the audit, accounting and tax updates is strongly advised as these are very popular, and places cannot be guaranteed if not booked. 
Q   What if I am unable to, or fail to attend a course on which I have booked?
A    Currently you may either use the place on another course which takes place within the validity period of your ticket or request the documentation.  If you choose the latter this will constitute use of one place on your ticket.  No refunds are made on places not used. A course place must be cancelled by email at least two clear working days before the course date to enable you to use the place on another course within the validity period of your ticket (i.e. if the course is on the morning of Thursday 15 November, notice must be received by midnight on Monday 12 November). Alternatively you may request the documentation. If you choose to be sent the documentation this will constitute use of one place on your ticket. If no prior notice of cancellation is received and you do not attend, you will be sent the course notes using one place on your ticket. No refunds are made on places not used.   
Q   What if I lose track of the number of places used on my ticket?
A    Just give us a call and we will let you know how many you have left.  We can also provide you with a printed record of your attendances. A CPD report is automatically sent to all delegates in January if they have attended any courses in the preceding 12 months. 
Q   How do I apply for a Flexiticket?
A    Simply complete the form at the front of this brochure and send it with your remittance to SESCA Enterprises Ltd., 2B, Chart House, Effingham Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7JN. You will receive a Flexipack including your flexiticket bookings report, maps and a VAT invoice. 
Q   Will I receive delegate information on the courses I wish to attend?
A    All the delegate information you will require including venue maps and course timings is provided in your Flexipack.  You will not receive separate joining instructions for individual courses.
