This session will reveal how accountants have always provided advisory services to some degree, how you can provide more (to most clients) and how you can secure decent fees for doing so. In so doing we will also debunk the hype around advisory services and explain the breadth of ways in which you might choose to promote and deliver advisory work.

Compliance work is not dying but AI and tech are enabling accountants to prepare accounts and tax returns faster than ever.

Sooner or later this will make it harder to win the new clients you want, whether to expand or to replace those that retire, sell out or pass on. So this course will help you understand the full breadth of advisory services you could be promoting and providing to clients, where to start, how to get paid for 'advisory' and how to win new clients for anything beyond compliance work.
