OBJECTIVES

Change is an inevitable part of organisational life, at some point you will be called upon to help lead it and/or participate in it. But often there is fear of change and this can lead to resistance.

Change and managing change can take you outside of your comfort zone. But change is predictable.
You can anticipate how people will respond, and what you need to do to engage them positively. You can plan, prepare, and handle the process as well as the resistance that will often come. To do that, you need a practical approach, change management skills, tools and models, and this course will give you them.
