OBJECTIVES

What’s new in terms of IFRS? This course will examine new and revised standards and problems in applying existing standards. Delegates will gain:

• Appreciation of how revised standards have changed
• Understanding of changes driven by convergence with US GAAP
• Realisation of the increasing influence of the EU, Japan and China

3.  FRC latest annual report on application of IFRS in the UK – appreciating the mistakes that are commonly being made
