OBJECTIVES

This course will cover the practical tax planning points to consider for a small businesses and companies, through tax planning for Schedule D clients to incorporation planning and planning for passing on or selling the business. It will consider direct tax planning issues connected with income, corporation tax and capital gains tax, and deal in detail with profit extraction planning, including pension contributions and interaction with tax credits.
