| OBJECTIVES |
The course will act as a refresher and an update on Trusts and inspire delegates to see the benefits of trusts and why they are still a useful tax planning and practical tool for our clients. The course will include a review of relevant tax cases to consider when using trusts for all reasons, and will include numerous examples and illustrations to make this a practical and informative course. |
