All ICAEW members are now required to undertake CPD. This course is specifically designed to meet the CPD needs of accountants working in business. The course will provide delegates with a comprehensive update on accounting issues relevant to accountants working in industry and commerce. Comprehensive notes are provided which facilitate future reference. The courses are run half yearly and maximum benefit is obtained by attending both.

• The current position as regards convergence with IFRS including the role of the IFRSSME
• Financial Reporting Review Panel – the new proactive approach and latest press notices
• Latest Urgent Issues Task Force Abstracts and technical releases
• Impact of the Companies Act 2006
• Relevant ICAEW technical releases
