Q How long is my Flexiticket valid for?

A 12 months from the last day of the calendar month in which the ticket is paid for eg. pay for your ticket on 1 st March 2008 and it will expire on 31st March 2009 .

Q Where are the courses held?

A All courses are held at Baylis House, Slough, Blue Mountain Golf and Conference Centre, Binfield near Bracknell or the Hawkwell House Hotel, Iffley near Oxford

Q Which courses is the ticket valid on?

A All half day courses in the TVSCA Flexiticket programme. There are at least 24 of these to choose from each calendar year. It may also be used on any SOSCA and SESCA Flexiticket courses. It may also be used to purchase e-support (phone 01737 223999 for details).

Q Do I have to use the Flexiticket on 12 or 4 different courses?

A No. The ticket can be used by any number of individuals on any number of courses totalling either 4 or 12.

Q When should I buy my ticket?

A No need to buy the ticket until 6 days before the date of the first course you wish to attend. Thus you can maximise the validity of your ticket to your benefit. Please note however, that early booking on the audit, accounting and tax updates is strongly advised.

Q Do I have to be a TVSCA member to be eligible for the scheme?

A No. TVSCA courses are designed to be of interest to other professionals and members of the wider business community as well as Chartered Accountants. Members may find some topics of interest to clients.

Q Do I have to book specific courses when I apply for a Flexiticket?

A No. Just let us know 6 days before the course you wish to attend that you will be coming, by sending or faxing back the bookings schedule in your Flexipack. However, early booking on the audit, accounting and tax updates is strongly advised as these are very popular, and places cannot be guaranteed if not booked.

Q What if I am unable to or fail to attend a course on which I have booked?

A You may either use the place on another course or request the documentation. If you choose the latter this will constitute use of one place on your ticket.

Q What if I lose track of the number of places used on my ticket?

A Just give us a call and we will let you know how many you have left. We can also provide you with a computer record of attendances for CPE purposes.

Q How do I apply for a Flexiticket?

A Simply complete the booking form and send it with your remittance to SESCA Enterprises Ltd., Suite B, Chart House, Effingham Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7JN. You will receive a Flexipack including your ticket and handbook, and a VAT invoice.

Q Will I receive delegate information on the courses I wish to attend?

A All the delegate information you will require including venue maps and course timings is provided in your Flexipack. You will not receive separate joining instructions for individual courses.
